The task

Johnnie Walker is the world’s best selling Scotch whisky with an unrivalled range of blends that includes many of most luxurious and desired whiskies available.  It’s a product of the highest quality from a brand of the highest standards. So, when CircleSquare were challenged to deliver their refreshed brand world into retail spaces around the world, we knew expectations would be at their highest. The client wanted to create an exclusive retail concept that would transform how consumers saw, smelled, heard and tasted Johnnie Walker, all whilst maintaining the highest levels of delivery.

Personal service was woven into every touchpoint in the consumer journey with sampling stations and digital engagement to bring the brand’s liquid stories to life and guide consumers to their perfect blend.

With this established at the heart, we worked with the striking new look and feel to carefully and meticulously develop a suite of refined display furniture. Through conscientious selection of materials and considered detailing, we crafted furniture that balanced the contemporary expression of the brand world with the craftsmanship and attention to detail of the liquid.

The retail concept continues to be rolled out around the world, transforming consumers impressions of Johnnie Walker and driving visibility for this iconic brand.
